Ecstatic Dance of the Cosmic Priestess
 
This painting was inspired by witnessing how art can become ceremony. Watching one of my musical heroes, Alanis Morissette, on stage, her presence felt more like invocation than performance. The Cosmic Priestess carries that same energy — movement as transmission. In her dance, a violet spiral enters through one hand and emerges from the other transformed into a golden current that weaves into a circle of DNA beneath her feet.  Around her, ancestors lift glowing orbs that float toward the Earth, as if in the presence of her ceremony she has created tiny seeds of pure potential that will be sown in all of human kind. 
 
At its heart, this painting is about the ecstatic current that rises when body, spirit, and source move together — art as ceremony, dance as alchemy, and presence as a gift to both Earth and cosmos.
