We Make It Up As We Flow
We Make It Up As We Flow is about what happens when the edges soften—when body, dragon, and water blur into something breath-like and bigger than form. The central figure floats through that in-between space, naked and open, with two water dragons beside her, shimmering in and out like a memory you can almost touch. The painting became a breath practice while I worked on it: inhale to come into form, exhale to dissolve. It feels like a meditation on how we hold energy, how we change shape across time. This isn’t evolution as a climb—it’s a return, a rhythm, a braid between dimensions. The edges of the scene dissolve into starlight, a reminder that becoming isn’t fixed—it’s fluid, and we’re making it up, one breath at a time.
