I was so excited to be able to deliver and install "Downside Up" for its new owner Johanne.
It was an amazing morning talking about art over coffee. During the conversation I revealed that the beach in the painting was based on Shaws Beach, PEI and Johanne exclaimed that is 'her beach' and showed me that it was very close to her house.
I love that she was drawn to this and it means so much to her. It looks so great in her house and I'm so very happy to have someone love something I made.
